The baby of our bunch (but don't let that fool you), Vandana radiates enough warmth and positivity to power a small city. Her ultimate goal? Making her parents' pride meters explode while conquering the e-commerce world, one perfectly packed package at a time!
ANJUSHRI
Our Pattern-Loving Powerhouse
From the sunny shores of Oman to Bangalore's buzzing design scene, Anjushri is our resident art alchemist who turns blank canvases into visual gold. This Kerala-rooted creative butterfly first fluttered into The Yard House during her college days, and we liked her so much, we refused to let her leave!
By day, she's the maestro orchestrating our visual symphony – from making our social media pop to helping customers find that perfect print (you know, the one that makes their neighbors jealous). By late afternoon, she's our officially appointed Office DJ, because apparently, great design runs on great beats.
When she's not juggling Photoshop layers or curating Amazon catalogs, this multi-talented marvel is probably somewhere being... well, multi-talented. Badminton champion one minute, guitar strummer the next, with some expert embroidery thrown in for good measure. And if you can't find her, check the nearest dog park or follow the aroma of good food – our foodie friend's probably discovered another hidden culinary gem!

The Dashboard Diva
Kausalya, who recently relocated to Bangalore, plays a crucial role at The Yard House by sharing the daily performance dashboards that keep the team on track. Working from her home command center, Kausalya, she brings a keen eye for detail . When she’s not reconciling invoices and credit notes, you'll find her breaking it down on the dance floor or crafting her way to zen.
Her dream is to grow into a senior role where she can make a meaningful impact, both at work and in the wider community. Whether she's spotting trends or spotting the beat, Kausalya brings the same enthusiasm to everything she touches.
INDIRA
The Spill-Proof Storyteller
The mastermind behind The Yard House! Back in 2020, while most of us were perfecting our banana bread, Indira was launching a tablecloth revolution from her store room – because apparently, saving dining tables from toddler tsunamis is actually a superpower.
After playing corporate chess for years, she decided to flip the table. One year, countless spills, and probably a million "aha!" moments later, she cracked the code.
Now, she's the captain of our growing ship, turning The Yard House into a design powerhouse. Her secret sauce? A perfect blend of mom-wisdom, design dreams, and the kind of determination that only comes from watching one too many good tablecloths fall victim to spilt milk.
SUJITHA
The Smile Behind Our Systems
From humble beginnings in a founder's living room to becoming our organizational backbone, Sujitha is what we call our human Swiss Army knife. This Hyderabad native turned Bangalore go-getter has handled everything from accounts to Amazon inventory with the warmth of a summer morning.
When she's not juggling stock or mentoring newcomers (with that signature million-dollar smile), you'll find her dreaming big and working bigger. Sujitha believes in climbing the career ladder while extending a helping hand to others on their way up.
This people-loving perfectionist is on a mission to prove that dreams aren't just for dreamers – they're for doers. Whether she's training team members or transforming chaos into order, Sujitha brings her whole heart to work, making our office brighter, one spreadsheet (and smile) at a time.
ANUSHA
Our Delivery Dynamo with Extra Spice
Straight out of Bellandur comes our firecracker in charge of deliveries.
As our logistics lioness, she's the force behind those "Your package has arrived!" moments, and heaven help any courier service that says otherwise. Whether she's orchestrating COD orders like a general commanding troops or handling returns with the determination of a food critic at a new restaurant, Anusha keeps our delivery world spinning with equal parts sass and efficiency.
When she's not turning delivery challenges into success stories (and occasionally making courier partners question their life choices), you'll find her diving deep into Kuvempu's literature or embarking on soul trips – because even firecrackers need their fuel!
Think of her as the masala in our logistics curry – small, mighty, and guaranteed to keep things interesting!
