Free shipping is applicable to all orders above for standard delivery within India .
Expedited shipping is available at an additional fee of 500/- . This would ensure delivery between 1-5 days. You can contact us on support@theyardhouse.in to get an idea for your location. Currently, we're not shipping internationally.
We service both pre-paid and COD orders. COD , however attracts an additional 100/- service fee.
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days from the date of processing to your registered shipping address with us. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. If there is a deviation in the above (takes longer time to process), you will be notified within 24 hours.
Shipping times are usually between 7-15 days. There are occassionally some delays which are often out of our control, but we will be reachable the entire time to assist and ensure delivery.
We recommend validating the shipping address and phone number before confirming the same on our website (often, auto-fill does not populate the fields with the complete address) We do not take responsibility if the delivery address/ phone number provided is incorrect. While we make every effort to assist in coordinating with the shipping partner, if a package is returned to us or lost because the address/ phone number is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed. Please carefully check to make sure that you have entered current and correct address.
Address Format: If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, most shipment partners might be unable to deliver your package
Failed Delivery Attempts: Our shipment partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts, we will consider the order status as closed.
Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them by error then the package will be returned to us. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.
