Delivery & Payment

Delivery: Orders are shipped within 3 working days. Standard delivery takes 3-15 days. Expedited shipping (2-5 days) is available for an additional ₹500. For international shipping, please contact us.

Payment: We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD orders incur an additional ₹100 service fee.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange or return for eligible orders. Returns and exchanges are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, as well as for size issues, ordering the wrong product, or a change of mind. Requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery, and products must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned product is received and passes the quality check.
